Get started in five minutes
Survey turns a single prompt into a publishable survey. This guide walks you through generating, editing, sharing, and analyzing your first one.
1. Generate a survey
From the home page, describe what you want to learn — audience, topics, and the types of questions you'd like. The AI generator drafts an intro, screening questions, video/choice/rating/ranking stages, and a thank-you screen. You can also start blank and add stages by hand.
2. Edit in the builder
- Drag stages to reorder them.
- Click any stage to edit its prompt, options, validation, and logic.
- Use Preview to take the survey as a respondent would.
- Set visibility rules to show or skip stages based on earlier answers.
3. Publish & share
Hit Publish to get a shareable link. Anyone with the link can respond — no account required. Toggle responses on or off at any time without losing data.
4. Analyze results
- The Results view aggregates choice, rating, and ranking questions automatically.
- Video and open-text answers stream in a feed with AI summaries.
- Export to CSV or JSON from the export menu.
5. Workspaces & teammates
Workspaces group surveys and the people who work on them. Invite teammates from the workspace switcher; roles control who can edit, publish, and see responses.
