Privacy policy
We collect the minimum amount of data needed to run Survey, and we never sell it. This page explains exactly what we store and why.

What we collect
- Account data: your email, name, and authentication provider (Google or email/password).
- Workspace content: surveys you build, stages, questions, and response data submitted by your participants.
- Usage telemetry: pages visited, feature interactions, and basic device info used to improve the product.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor — we never see card numbers.
How we use it
- To operate the service: run your surveys, store responses, and deliver results.
- To secure accounts: detect abuse, prevent fraud, and recover access.
- To communicate: send transactional emails (sign-in, billing). Marketing email is opt-in only.
- To improve the product: aggregated, anonymized analytics on how features are used.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with vetted sub-processors that help us run the service — hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing — under data-protection agreements.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from your workspace settings. EU/UK and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to access, correct, port, and erase personal information.
