How fast do you respond?
Under 24 hours on business days for all plans. Business plan customers get priority response within 4 hours.
Common questions
Why am I not seeing my surveys after signing in?
Surveys live inside a workspace. Use the workspace switcher next to the "New survey" button to confirm you're in the right one — and that an admin has invited you to it.
Can respondents take a survey without an account?
Yes. Anyone with the public link can respond. You can optionally collect an email at the start.
How do I export my response data?
Open the survey's Results view → Export → choose CSV or JSON.
Can I delete a response?
Yes. Open the response in the Results feed, then click Delete. Deletions are permanent.
Do you have an API?
A read-only Responses API is available on the Business plan. A full management API is on our roadmap — see the changelog.
Where is my data stored?
EU (Frankfurt) or US (Iowa), chosen at workspace creation. See Security for details.
